Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship throughout the organization on the effective application of the Adi Management System (AMS).
- Oversee the Lean Assessment Scorecard and the implementation action plan across the organization.
- Foster the development of Lean Six Sigma Leaders by sourcing training and providing hands-on instruction.
- Design and manage the strategic deployment process.
- Create a transformation roadmap for identifying, scoping, and executing Lean initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Adi's Kaizen calendar.
- Facilitate strategic Kaizen events that yield significant and measurable process enhancements across the organization.
- Mentor junior Operations team members to independently lead successful Kaizen events.
- Guide the digitization of value streams, metrics, dashboards, workflows, and andon processes.
- Establish a multi-tier audit, visual management, and andon system.
- Drive the cultural shift and discipline required to cultivate and sustain a thriving continuous improvement culture.
- Collaborate with business leaders across all functional areas to evaluate current processes and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in construction or manufacturing, ideally in a role as an Industrial Engineer or within the continuous improvement sector.
- Proven experience leading Lean implementations in both large single-site and multi-site environments, as well as in office or business process settings.
- Formal Lean training and extensive experience in Goal Deployment, 8-Step Problem Solving, value stream mapping, process mapping, conducting Kaizen events, and other essential Lean methodologies.
- Experience in cascading goals throughout the organization to ensure alignment at all levels.
- Proficient in training teams on the development and maintenance of standard work and leader standard work.
- Ability to lead Takt Planning projects from inception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Experience in creating and implementing training programs focused on lean continuous improvement methodologies.
