Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our Montréal store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Market Vice President to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of sales generation, managing sales teams, and achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) system.
