Job Summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our Montréal store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Market Vice President to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of sales generation, managing sales goals, and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
