The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual labour, cleaning and preparing construction sites, and assisting with various tasks such as raking, shoveling, and unloading trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors or foremen
  • Clean and prepare construction sites for construction activities
  • Assist with raking, shoveling, and unloading trucks
  • Dig trenches, rake, and shovel as required
  • Clean debris and remove waste materials from construction sites
  • Operate hand tools as directed
  • Work safely around heavy construction equipment
  • Perform other labour duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • One year of proven experience in civil construction, preferably with a privately held or family-owned general contracting business
  • Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
