El Líder de Operaciones de Compensación será responsable de supervisar las actividades de nómina de Appcast a nivel nacional e internacional, garantizando la finalización precisa y oportuna de todos los procesos de nómina. Este rol dirigirá un equipo de especialistas en nómina y será responsable de mantener el cumplimiento con las leyes y regulaciones fiscales locales, estatales y federales.
Responsabilidades del Trabajo
Mantener un excelente conocimiento de los sistemas y software de nómina; revisar regularmente las características, flujos de trabajo y opciones de integración para maximizar la eficiencia y aprovechar las capacidades del sistema según las necesidades. Supervisar la ejecución del procesamiento de nómina; revisar y aprobar transacciones de nómina, incluidos ajustes salariales, bonificaciones, comisiones, obligaciones fiscales y otros pagos y deducciones; mantener la integridad de los datos dentro de los sistemas de nómina. Asegurar el cálculo preciso y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales de nómina, como impuestos sobre la renta federales, estatales y locales, impuestos de seguridad social, pagos de desempleo y pagos de compensación laboral. Supervisar el mantenimiento de los datos relacionados con la nómina para garantizar la precisión en nuevas contrataciones, promociones y terminaciones. Asegurar el procesamiento y la distribución oportuna de los informes de fin de año y participar en auditorías anuales proporcionando registros precisos a auditores internos y externos. Impulsar los flujos de procesos dentro del equipo, enfocándose en la mejora de procesos para enriquecer los flujos de trabajo de los empleados y la experiencia general. Mantenerse informado sobre los cambios en las leyes y regulaciones de nómina en los EE. UU., Canadá y jurisdicciones internacionales aplicables, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos fiscales de nómina. Supervisar y liderar un equipo de especialistas en nómina, brindando orientación, capacitación, apoyo y retroalimentación regular sobre el desempeño. Fomentar una cultura de equipo que apoye el crecimiento personal y la mejora continua, incluyendo la gestión exitosa de revisiones de desempeño y la dirección para el crecimiento profesional futuro. Asegurar que los miembros del equipo brinden un excelente servicio al cliente a los empleados en relación con preguntas sobre cheques de pago e inquietudes fiscales. Liderar el reclutamiento de nuevos miembros del equipo y supervisar la planificación de recursos para el equipo, asegurando una escalabilidad y asignación de recursos eficientes para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio. Sólida experiencia en nómina u otras funciones financieras, con un buen entendimiento de los procedimientos fiscales comunes. Alta competencia informática, incluyendo dominio de aplicaciones de Microsoft Office. Sólido entendimiento de sistemas y software de nómina, como ADP Workforce Now. Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente. De 7 a 10 años de experiencia en nómina y/o gestión de un equipo de nómina. Se prefiere título universitario en Negocios, Finanzas, Contabilidad o un campo relacionado. Amplia experiencia en oficina, incluyendo nómina en múltiples estados; se requiere experiencia con nómina internacional. Certificaciones de la Asociación Nacional de Especialistas Certificados en Nómina, la Asociación Americana de Nómina, o una organización profesional similar se consideran un activo. Se prefiere experiencia con ADP Workforce Now.Requisitos de Viaje
