Dental Hygienist

Nursing & Homemakers Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced dental practice setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:- Consult with dentists on patient care and treatment plans
- Supervise dental assistants in their health care functions and provide guidance and support as needed
- Take dental impressions, develop and mount X-rays, and apply fluoride treatment
- Instruct patients on oral hygiene and provide personalized care to meet their needs
- Clean and stimulate gums to prevent gum disease and remove stains and deposits from teeth
- Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods
