Operations Leadership Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Leadership Trainee to join our team at Bison Transport. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination of freight and truck movement in a particular region
- Provide routine customer contact and execute detailed and administrative work
- Work as a team with CSRs to ensure all customer needs are met
- Monitor and distribute information to drivers and participate in the resolution of issues
- Coordinate assets to satisfy client, driver, and company needs
- Develop and implement strategies to positively affect results
- 3+ years of previous experience leading a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including 4 on 4 off, Continental, and 5 days
