Operations Leadership Trainee

The Operations Leadership Trainee (OLT) is a dynamic and challenging career path designed for high-potential, early career leaders who aspire to elevate their people leadership skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day coordination of freight and truck movement in a particular region, providing routine customer contact and executing detailed and administrative work.
- Execute the day-to-day activity of assigned driver fleets, monitoring and accurately distributing information, and identifying and participating in the resolution of issues.
- Coordinate assets to satisfy the needs of clients, drivers, and the company, accurately predicting availability and potential, and properly acquiring freight to effectively utilize those assets.
- Oversee the overall productivity and performance of assigned drivers and tractors, providing direction and support on a day-to-day basis.
- Background and suitability for a career in Operations is wide-ranging, with experience in various industries such as airline, automotive, retail, or hospitality.
