Job Title: Supervisor, Pipeline Integrity

Trans Mountain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Pipeline Integrity to join our team. As a key member of our pipeline maintenance and repair program, you will be responsible for implementing field activities and overseeing a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of pipeline maintenance and repair technicians.
  • Work with contractors to present scopes of work, review bids and estimates, and assign designated representatives to projects.
  • Represent Trans Mountain in interactions with third-party stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and utility providers.
  • Oversee maintenance, safety, and training management programs to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain qualifications required to respond to emergency situations under the Trans Mountain Emergency Management program.
  • Submit regular updates to leadership on schedule and budget milestones.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of technical experience in the pipeline industry or related field.
  • Experience with welding, mechanical trades, NDE certification, Class 1 driver's license, or other relevant certifications.
  • Project management experience and leadership skills are an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle strict deadlines.
