Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at One & Only Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of ironworks projects. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Prepare production and other reports as required
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities with the team
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Set up machines and equipment for projects
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion
Work Environment:

The Construction Supervisor will work on a variety of projects, including construction, installation, repair, and service. The work site environment will be noisy, and the supervisor must be able to work in this environment.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
