Job Description

The Associate will work closely with our Investment Advisors and Client Experience Associates to deliver exceptional client service and support. This includes:

  • Providing world-class primary service contact to clients
  • Driving our contact service plan to ensure client satisfaction
  • Executing account opening and onboarding processes
  • Supporting account administration and reporting
  • Developing and cross-training service knowledge

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Associate, a Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Associate
