Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Wealth Management team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the growth of our business.

Job Description

The Associate will work closely with our Investment Advisors and Client Experience Associate to provide world-class service to our clients. This will involve:

  • Providing primary service contact for clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our service levels
  • Driving our contact service plan, partnering with the Investment Advisor and Client Experience Associate to support and manage client service plans
  • Executing account openings, setup, and onboarding experiences in-person and digitally
  • Supporting and executing day-to-day, seasonal, and ad-hoc account administration and reporting for clients
  • Developing and cross-training service knowledge, learning from complex client scenarios and special projects
  • Promoting and supporting a work environment that inspires innovation, creativity, collaboration, and diversity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Associate
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certifications
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with a professional, warm, thoughtful, and proactive approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
