Job Title: District Information Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Information Technologist to join our team at School District #40 (New Westminster). As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems, networks, and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software for a multi-site school district
  • Administer and maintain all assigned school district on-premise and cloud solutions
  • Ensure security standards are developed, implemented, and adhered to
  • Provide service desk support and training services to staff, students, and parents
  • Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, risks, and practices, and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in an Information Technology field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience within a complex network environment
  • Extensive experience managing Windows 10 devices
  • Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience resolving workstation hardware and software issues
