Lawn Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Titan Yardworks. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and appearance of our clients' lawns and gardens.
Key Responsibilities- Tree Care: Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective, including crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, and vista pruning.
- Lawn Care Products: Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products as needed.
- Treatment Applications: Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting with treatment solutions.
- Lawn Assessment: Assess the health of lawns and identify areas for improvement.
- Planting and Maintenance: Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, including tree removal.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a noisy, outdoors environment with all weather conditions.
- Work Setting: Ability to work at various locations, including lawn care company settings.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and handle heavy loads in a physically demanding environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability, team player, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
