We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Advisor Strategy Data and Performance to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Financial Markets Operations sector, you will play a critical role in advising on strategic directions and driving the execution of transformation initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior management on strategic directions and business vision for financial market operations.
- Lead the development and execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery and business value realization.
- Collaborate with IT and Financial Markets partners to influence transformation initiatives and share the vision of operations.
- Engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive change and innovation, leveraging expertise and best practices.
- Monitor efficiency and operational debt, ensuring project delivery based on best practices and expected business values.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial markets and transformation initiatives. You should have a proven track record of influencing leadership and driving business outcomes, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and eight years of relevant experience OR University certificate and eight years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated influential leadership with senior management.
- Knowledge of financial markets and wealth management.
- At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to quickly grasp and solve complex issues and make relevant recommendations.
- Proven ability to learn a business domain and highlight key elements.
- Demonstrated change management skills.
