Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Quality Foods Chinese Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Place dishes in storage areas and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Food Preparation and Handling
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
    • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as required.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
    • Assist with setting tables and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • Will train.
    • Language
      • Work Language: English.
    • Work Hours
      • 40 hours per week.
