**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide attentive and personalized service to residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

• Assist with the preparation and presentation of food under the direction of our culinary team.

• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Promote and track a la carte and wine service sales, ensuring accurate records and reports.

• Collaborate with our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and exceed resident expectations.

**Requirements**

• Must have the Smart Serve designation and one year experience in dining room service.

• Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.

• Safe Food Handling Certification preferred.

• Experience working with seniors and knowledge of the aging process an asset.

• Proven customer service skills to work with residents of various cultural backgrounds.

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills required.
