Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Fox Harb'r Resort. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present menus and make recommendations to guests.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Basic level of English required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Please note that the position requires flexibility in scheduling based on business needs. The work schedule is 6 am – 2:30 pm, 2 pm – 10:30 pm, and 4 pm – 12:30 am. Weekend work and overtime will be required.
