Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Director to lead our product innovation efforts in Canada. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining the overall vision, goals, and direction for our product portfolio. Your expertise in product management, leadership, and collaboration will drive the development of cutting-edge products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product innovation strategy that aligns with Intuit's overall business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing product management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, scope, and development quality.
- Work closely with marketing to understand customer segments, uncover features, and develop promotional strategies.
- Present and communicate product vision and roadmap to senior leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
- Drive customer-centric product development, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and drive value.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Experience in leading product management teams and mentoring product managers.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including agile development.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Experience with product management tools, such as Figma, CODA, Jira, Smartsheets, and Google Suite.
