Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets Banking Technology team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Global Investment Banking projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business analysis for Global Investment Banking projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, document, and manage projects to completion.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with development and application teams to complete projects and maintain existing applications, ensuring seamless integration and quality.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and estimate project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and effective project management.
  • Provide regular updates and status to stakeholders on project progress and issues, ensuring transparency and open communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
