Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Learned Robin Montessori Daycare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  • Establish and communicate organizational objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment and success.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language and Work Environment:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
