    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.

    • Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and standing for extended periods.
