LPN Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management Inc. in West Vancouver.

About the Role

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care. Your day-to-day activities will include observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions, providing personal care as needed, and supporting emergency staff scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Assess resident health status, including differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings and recognizing deviations from mental health baseline.
  • Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control practices.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified LPN with a heart for service. To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
  • Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
