About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers in our retail stores
  • Assist customers in finding the right devices, plans, and services to meet their needs
  • Upsell and cross-sell Bell services and products to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
