Bakery Operations Supervisor - Westmount Location

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bakery Operations Supervisor to join our team at our Metro store in Westmount. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery department and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Bakery Manager in overseeing daily operations, including production, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs, providing product information, and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Train and mentor bakery staff on proper baking techniques, food safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate the ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Your Qualifications:
