About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Arokaya Healing Wellness Centre Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for handling emergency situations that may arise in the spa, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff, providing training and guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the spa.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and staff in English, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of issues.
  • Work Hours and Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
