About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team at CB Canada. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, including data reporting dashboards within Power BI and the integration of various data sources to a single database repository.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business intelligence solutions using Power BI
  • Develop and maintain data reporting dashboards within Power BI
  • Integrate various data sources to a single database repository
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for business intelligence solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence with well-rounded Microsoft Power BI skills
  • Strong development skills and experience with Power BI
  • Proficient working experience with OfficePro Plus and Power BI
  • Strong technical background in data analysis
  • Hands-on working experience with projects that span multiple organizations and business units
  • Good experience with data sources integration and databases (preferably MS SQL)
  • Flexible work aptitude open to researching, learning, and utilizing technologies and tools available in order to work within ambiguity and breadth of scope
  • Strong attention to detail with importance on high quality control standards
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in order to work collaboratively with BI stakeholders
  • A Degree or Diploma in IT or related field from a recognized post-secondary institute or equivalent
