Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry is required.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the tasks of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assess and forecast the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile and present reports as required.
This role is set in a fast-paced culinary environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Personal Attributes- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must be a collaborative team player.
