As a Retail Operations Supervisor at Twister's Liquor Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail outlet. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in retail management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members
  • Manage inventory and place orders for merchandise
  • Authorize product returns as necessary
  • Engage in direct sales activities
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of team members
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
