Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Saihaj Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and analyze the performance of our truck drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all drivers are adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and transparent communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving.
  • Manage Resources: Coordinate the use of company vehicles, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: Noisy work site environment
