Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling luxury outerwear to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sell luxury outerwear to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and store colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell Canada Goose products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and productivity standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and store objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
  • Proven sales performance and ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Previous experience working with luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
