About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Fitter to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Gas Fitter, you will play a critical role in providing home comfort solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain water heaters and tankless equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Replace or repair leaking water heaters and maintain HVAC equipment.
  • Ensure personal and customer safety.
  • Provide superior customer service and create positive customer relations through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Actively participate in training and mentoring of new installers.
  • Contribute to business growth by lead generation.

Requirements

  • A growth mindset and a desire to grow with Reliance Home Comfort.
  • Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications.
  • Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Must have Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
  • Must have at least a Class G Driver's License.
  • Diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment.
  • Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
