Job Summary:

John the Plumber Ottawa is seeking a skilled and experienced Gas Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the service and repair of residential gas appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Install water heaters, furnaces, and other gas appliances in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and design specifications.
  • Inspections and Diagnostics: Conduct inspections and accurately diagnose issues with gas appliances.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to service calls and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure customer satisfaction during all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Certification: G2 certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in service and repair of gas appliances.
  • License: Valid driver's license.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Attitude: Professional, motivated, and self-managing attitude.
