Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Operational Risk

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Business Analyst - Operational Risk, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering operational risk technology and data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Operational Risk practice leads and teams to define and manage requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into requirements/user stories for each solution component and provide inputs to detail functional design.
  • Develop and execute UAT test plans to ensure the delivery of robust technology capabilities.
  • Facilitate the development of new technology capabilities and application enhancements for Operational Risk systems.
  • Review detailed design specifications, test plans, and user documentation for functional and technical completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience with a strong background in Operational Risk.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive solution design processes.
  • Advanced experience with elicitation techniques, including document analysis, interviews, and facilitated workshops.
  • Proficient knowledge of application UAT test approaches, planning, and execution.
  • Experience working with various project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Able to analyze data sets, identify underlying data patterns, document findings, and problem-solve.
  • Ability to partner and build strong relationships with people internally and externally at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
  • Archer platform experience.
  • Data analysis background.
Work Arrangement:

Hybrid work arrangement in Toronto, ON.
