Key Responsibilities
- Identify staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
- Develop and post job advertisements to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications
- Advise applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions
- Coordinate selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers

- Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes
