TITLE: Authorized Service Center Manager – Eastern Region
REPORTS TO: Director of Product Service
DEPARTMENT: Product Service

LOCATION: Remote
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional to manage all authorized third-party service facilities responsible for the repair of Milwaukee Power Tools in Eastern Canada.
As the Authorized Service Center (ASC) Manager within the Product Service division, you will serve as the primary liaison for Milwaukee Tools, overseeing relationships with our ASC partners. Your focus will be on ensuring top-notch repair quality, streamlining their operational processes, and achieving optimal customer satisfaction for Milwaukee Tool users. This role provides the opportunity to manage comprehensive business interactions with our ASC partners in Eastern Canada and to cultivate a network of service branches that complement our Factory Service Network.
Your contributions will enhance the Milwaukee Product Service framework across Canada, ensuring partnerships with accounts that uphold and surpass the service standards expected by Milwaukee Tool and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee account management and strategic direction with all ASC partners.
- Provide both in-person and remote assistance to all ASCs in your designated area.
- Foster relationships within ASC organizations across all management levels and staff.
- Gain a thorough understanding of ASC requirements and expectations from Milwaukee as a manufacturer, collecting direct feedback and implementing solutions that position Milwaukee favorably against competitors.
- Develop a comprehensive partnership program for existing ASC partners that adds value to their operations and enhances their experience with Milwaukee.
- Identify ASC partners that can broaden our service reach into remote areas lacking access to Factory Service Centers.
- Ensure uniformity in ASC repair quality, turnaround times, and overall customer satisfaction in alignment with Milwaukee Tool service standards.
- Continuously evaluate which ASCs are strategically beneficial and take necessary actions accordingly.
- Understand the repair capabilities of all ASCs and assist in coordinating essential parts inventory, tool fixtures, and equipment required for specialized repairs.
- Keep the organization informed about competitive trends.
- Ensure ASCs have the necessary resources, fixtures, parts inventory, and training to perform repairs safely, with the highest quality, and in the shortest time possible.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and account management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong business communication skills with a broad understanding of the power tool market.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and French.
- Valid driver's license and passport required.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
