About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Network Specialist to join our team at 12701154 Canada Inc. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests of cable signals and associated equipment to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and perform adjustments, replacements, or repairs as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Installation and Configuration: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis: Analyze test results and adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cable Management: Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets as needed to ensure efficient and reliable service.
  • Internet Access Setup: Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access for our customers.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
