Retail Store Manager

BC Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
