Retail Store Manager

BC Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
