Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Stock Associate at Essentials Bazar. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Stocking: Receive and process incoming stock, including checking for damage and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure that store shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting customers in finding the products they need.
  • Operational Support: Assist with various operational tasks, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with repetitive tasks and heavy lifting.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
