Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Specialist to provide exceptional care for infants and children in a nurturing environment. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the well-being and development of children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment

The position is based in a home setting, allowing for a comfortable and familiar atmosphere for the children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change diapers and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Sterilize feeding bottles and prepare infant formulas.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe environment.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their comfort and health.
  • Implement discipline strategies as requested by parents.
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals to promote good nutrition.
  • Assist infants and children in settling down for rest periods.
  • Supervise and engage with children to foster a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Attend to the emotional needs of children, providing support and comfort.
  • Prepare meals as needed.
