We are seeking a skilled Residential Painter to join our team at Arturo Rocha Painting & Contracting Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Paint Surfaces: Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair and Restore: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
- Apply Finishing Touches: Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Work at Heights: Safely work at heights, using scaffolding and swing stages as needed.
- Provide Excellent Service: Advise clients on colors and wall coverings, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and at heights.
- Attention to Detail: Possess excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Team Player: Be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
As a Residential Painter with Arturo Rocha Painting & Contracting Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a variety of projects and clients. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces, and will need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
