Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and referrals to build and sustain a pipeline of potential clients
- Engage with the local community through social media and participation in events
- Assist clients in identifying insurance solutions tailored to their needs
- Stay informed on underwriting guidelines and operational processes
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing informed advice
- Foster a trustworthy environment that promotes product sales and client retention
- Experiment with new sales strategies and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Engage in community marketing initiatives
- Manage Accounts Receivable tasks as needed
- Offer guidance and support as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High School diploma or Post-Secondary education
- Experience in Commercial Insurance is advantageous
- Ability and desire to generate personal sales leads
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- RIBO license is required
