About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at MSM Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to achieve exceptional results, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as record and balance daily transactions.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at MSM Restaurants, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet the demands of our customers.

Requirements
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry is essential.
