**Job Summary**
Farm Credit Canada is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest customers in the agriculture industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the complex business needs of our customers.
- Partner with our Relationship Management Associates to identify and focus on key prospects.
- Analyze complex loan applications and business proposals to provide expert advice.
- Build relationships with customers, prospects, and external partners such as accountants and realtors.
- Network and attend community meetings and trade shows to promote Farm Credit Canada.
- Travel to meet with potential customers and learn about their businesses.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in agriculture, business, or commerce and at least four years of related ag finance or sales experience.
- Professional agrologist designation is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a drive for sales success and a love for agriculture.
