We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Diadem Construction Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily construction operations to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Prepare and submit detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
- Supervise and manage the activities of subcontractors to ensure high-quality work.
- Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones to monitor progress.
- Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements with clients and vendors.
- Establish and maintain quality control policies and procedures.
- Manage project budgets and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is outdoors, and the work setting is various locations.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
