The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Testing Delivery Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and delivering software testing projects within a specific region, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple software testing projects within your assigned region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Proactively assess and manage potential service delivery issues, risks, and changes, acting as a point of escalation for customer project concerns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional support throughout the testing process.
  • Leverage your existing network to identify new business opportunities within your region, contributing to PQA Testing's growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers to monitor customer satisfaction levels, implementing corrective actions to address any concerns.
  • Manage regional staffing levels effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to People Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and PQA Testing employees, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of the business within your region, establishing PQA Testing as a recognized leader in software testing expertise.
  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in software testing delivery management. A strong understanding of software development methodologies and quality assurance principles is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
