Job Summary

MindJeweller Immigration Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies, establishing major departments and senior staff positions, and setting objectives and formulating policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to ensure effective execution of organizational policies
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Manage budgets and resources to achieve organizational objectives
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and meetings with stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, clients, and partners
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior staff and employees
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
Work Environment

The Executive Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
