Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Lead a team of hourly and salaried associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Optimize production planning and deployment, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business changes and minimize people impact.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to deliver the site annual operating plan (AOP) and ensure cost performance gaps are identified and addressed.
  • Track and analyze operational output measures, anticipating and correcting trends that may compromise financial targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to lead and implement process improvements.
  • Strong skills and knowledge in TPM, lean manufacturing, finance, accounting, project management, leadership, and statistics/logical problem solving.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills, with the ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment, with a strong focus on delivering results through mentoring and coaching others.
