Product Manager Job Description

At Arjo, we are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for our products and services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the strategic direction of the designated product and services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Segment Marketing Manager to develop local strategic initiatives.
  • Translate product strategy into a detailed tactical plan with KPIs.
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle.
  • Create product planning documents and business cases.
  • Support all inquiries regarding the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the development and release of products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management and/or marketing experience in the Healthcare/Medical device industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field or an equivalent amount of industry experience.
  • Experience of marketing with established or developing public and private healthcare providers.
  • Proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product.
  • Strong presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, set objectives, measure performance, and provide direction.
  • Solid track record of leading, developing, and executing projects.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other database concepts.
